Returns

Kraftware warrants purchased products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of 30 days from the date of original purchase. Should the product fail to function in a satisfactory manner, the product(s) can be returned for replacement or credit within that 30 day period.

- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

- Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.

- Refunds may take upto 2 weeks of processing.

- Refunds will be issued to the same mode of payment.

- If any Merchandise is returned as defective and the defect cannot be verified, it will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

This warranty is valid only if the product is used for the purpose for which it was designed. It does not cover:

Products which have been damaged by negligence or willful actions, misuse or accident, or which have been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons.

Products which have not been cleaned and maintained properly in accordance with the cleaning instructions outlined on the label which is on the bottom of each item.

Products that have been placed in a dishwasher, or left in standing water for an extended period of time.
