Refund policy

Kraftware warrants purchased products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of 30 days from the date of original purchase. Should the product fail to function in a satisfactory manner, the product(s) can be returned for replacement or credit within that 30-day period. 

- Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.

- Refunds may take up to 2 weeks of processing.

- Refunds will be issued to the same mode of payment.

- If any Merchandise is returned as defective and the defect cannot be verified, it will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
