Why is my tracking not showing updates?
Several delivery carriers are experiencing delays due to high demand. Most of our shipments are delivered on time, but some may experience fewer updates during transit or show no movement until they reach your local delivery hub. Please check your tracking frequently for updates.
Does k-ware.com accept returns?
You can set up a return for most new and unused products within 30 days of its delivery. For more details, please review our Returns policy.
What if I purchased the wrong products?
Orders are final and cannot be cancelled.
What if I need more information on a product?

When will my order ship?
It may take additional time for your item to leave the warehouse due to efforts to comply with social distancing government guidelines. We are working diligently to ship all orders and will update you with tracking information via email and in the Shipping section of our website once available.
Can I make changes to my order or shipping address after it is submitted?
We cannot edit an order or shipping address after the order is submitted. If your item has shipped and you need an address correction, we recommend using a carrier provided service like FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS MyChoice to update your address or make delivery arrangements directly through the carrier.

Where ?
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source.
